Lash Supply Return Policy

At Lushous Academy N Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality professional lash products.

  • Due to the nature of our products and for sanitation and safety reasons, all lash supply sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any lash supplies.
  • The only exception is if you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you believe you received a defective item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing clear photos of the product and your order number.
  • Approved defective products may be replaced with the same item. Refunds will not be issued unless a replacement is unavailable.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

Eyelash Extension Academy Policies

By enrolling in any training course at Lushous Academy N Supply, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies:

Payments & Deposits

  • All class deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Tuition cannot be transferred to another person, class, promotion, or future discounted pricing.

Rescheduling

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you must notify us as soon as possible.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability, requires a $100 rescheduling fee, and may require a 2–3 month wait before another class becomes available.
  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on future class availability.

Missed Classes

  • Students who miss a scheduled class without prior arrangements remain financially responsible for the full tuition amount.
  • Enrollment is for the entire training program, not individual class sessions. Tuition is not divided or charged on a per-class basis.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes, partial attendance, or failure to complete the program.

Payment Plans

  • Students enrolled in a payment plan are entering into an agreement to pay the full tuition for the training program.
  • Failure to attend classes, complete the program, or voluntarily withdraw does not cancel or reduce the remaining balance owed.
  • All scheduled payment plan installments remain due according to the original payment agreement, regardless of attendance or completion.

Right to Refuse Service

Lushous Academy N Supply reserves the right to refuse service or dismiss any student for disruptive, inappropriate, threatening, or unsafe behavior. Dismissal from the program does not entitle the student to a refund or release them from any remaining financial obligations.

By submitting payment or enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all academy policies.
